Online Session

Pro Bono Service based on availability

This service is a recurring cost for continued counseling and therapy for problems like anxiety, depression, anger issues, trauma, interpersonal issues, loneliness, self-improvement, body-image issues, and more!

Online Consultation

SLIDING SCALE

₹500 - ₹1000 per hour

This service is for one-time consultations. If you are not a regular client and just need a professional consultation for anything related to psychology or mental health, this service is ideal.

PLEASE NOTE: All first sessions are considered 'Online Consultations' even if you opt for regular sessions afterwards.

Trauma-Related Services

Trauma Screening

₹400

One of our psychologists will conduct 9 assessment tests with you to check if you have a vulnerability to trauma, unresolved trauma, comorbidities of trauma, how much you have recovered from the trauma, and what parts of your body are affected by your trauma.

Then they will explain your report to you, which contains your test results and treatment options. This report can be shared with any professional you are working with to give them an in-depth understanding of your trauma.

Trauma Psychoeducation Workshop

This workshop will help you understand the nature of trauma, why it impacts you the way it does, and what you can do about it.

You will learn effective coping tools to deal with your issues. You will also get several useful resources to help you in this journey.

Support Groups

Survivors

Free

'Survivors' is a support group for individuals who have experienced abuse of any kind. We meet virtually once a month and communicate via a WhatsApp group.
